Honestly, at this point it’s starting to seem like Sephora is going to kill the subscription box game every single time. It has just failed to disappoint! Every month you’re guaranteed high end and popular products. That’s what I love. I think my biggest issue with Birchbox was unknown brands and lower quality products- which has never been the case with Sephora! Well, now that you know that I loved last month’s box, let’s see what was in it…
Instantly, we’re on to a win. I remember ages ago when everyone was raving on about the Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir mascara and I was always tempted to try it out. The brush is very fluffy and thick. It’s supposed to give crazy volume so we’ll see- but I’m definitely happy to see a Marc Jacobs product in here!
I mentioned in my favourites how I’ve been all about a natural glossy lip lately, so this came at a perfect time! I’m not a huge fan of Sephora’s own brand but whatever I’ve tried from them has always worked pretty well. This Ultra Shine Lip Gel in Perfect Nude is very appropriately named- this is genuinely the perfect nude. I’m not a huge fan of nudes because they’re always too light and pale, but this is the perfect lightness with the perfect nude undertone!
Yesssss please! You all know I’m all about face masks, especially clarifying and detoxifying ones. Can you believe I’ve actually never tried Origins’ Clear Improvements Charcoal Mask ? I know, it’s crazy. This is such an oldie that I’ve always wanted to test out so I’m excited to see how it works especially with my breakouts.
I feel like Caudalie used to be a much bigger deal than they are today. People seem to have forgotten about it, but personally I haven’t really tried out any of their products. This Vinosource S.O.S Thirst Quenching Serum is just a hydrating serum, nothing too interesting. With winter around the corner though, I am excited to try this out.
Yes yes yes, YES! I love Moroccanoil but I mean, who doesn’t. I’ve actually never bought one, I just live off of deluxe samples of it so I’m definitely happy to have a back up! Just a simple hair oil that gives your hair beautiful shine, but mostly I honestly love the scent!
Aaaand then of course we have our perfume sample, but honestly I’m not even mad this month. This Burberry Blush perfume actually smells amazing. It’s a floral scent which is strange since I typically hate floral perfumes, but it honestly smells so feminine and fresh.
What subscription box did you love last month?
I heard amazing things about that hair oil, I hope I’ll find sample somewhere because I really want to try it. xx

Hair oil lasts forever. I bought a mini 1 oz bottle YEARS ago and it’s still have full. I only use it for hair oil treatments when my hair is at its worst. I have very thin hair, so I can’t use oil. It weighs my hair down and I already have greasy roots. lol. BUT I LOVE the scent and it really works ESPECIALLY on frizzy hair.
