Mini T.J/T.K Maxx Haul

The odds have been working against me, I’ll admit. I had it all covered. I pre-wrote all of my posts and everything was prepped, all that was left was taking the photos. Here we are after 2 days of no posts, 2 days of dark gloomy weather, and 2 days of attempting to take photos that turned out shit every time! The frustration has been real. But, now I can start putting posts up and hopefully in the end it’ll add up to 24 posts- lord help me!

Okay, rant over. Now, onto possibly my most regular post; a haul. I can’t help it. I try to resist, but I’m definitely a collector of beauty. More importantly, I simply cannot resist a good deal or offer. Which is why places like TJ/TK Maxx are my kryptonite. Going in and leaving empty handed is just not an option. I go quite often but I only ever share my hauls on here when I’m especially impressed. Here’s a mini haul of what I found the other day!

I still cannot get over this. I have wanted to get my hands on the Kat Von D Lolita Lipstick for as long as I can remember. It has always been sold out, and recently when the collection went on sale everywhere it sold out instantly. I’ve always been a fan of the liquid lipstick, but everyone I know always raves about how much prettier the lipstick form is. I still cannot believe I got my hands on this for $10!!!!!!! Definitely one of my most prized possessions currently.

I was actually really surprised to come across this. I’ve never tried any MAC mascaras before, but you always hear such great things about them and notice your favourite YouTubers turning to them that I knew I had to try one. This specific Instacurl Mascara is actually a pretty recent release., and I got it for $6!!!!!! I tried it out the other day and when I tell you this gave me length. I honestly was shook. It kept my lashes curled all day and multiplied their length. I’m not sure it did much in terms of volume, though.

Can you ever have too many sheet masks? I vote no. Anytime I come across a gel mask I have to pick it up. I just love the sensation and they fit so nicely. I’ve always been tempted to try Boscia’s Hydrogel Masks so I had to pick this firming one up. This was only $2! I tried it yesterday and honestly my skin has never felt better. Now, I did get a couple of pimples and I’m struggling to pin point whether this mask was the culprit. It is so hard to tell. But, I did love the tightening and smoothing effect it had on my skin!

Lastly, but not least. I haven’t heard anything about Bite Beauty’s Lush Lip Tints but they went on sale on Sephora a while ago and I was so desperate to try them. They sound perfect for me. When I’m not rocking a bold lip, I like for my lips to be hydrated and slightly tinted. I picked this up in the shade Watermelon and actually haven’t tried it yet, but how pretty is the bullet!
