Over the past countless months, I think it’s safe to say we’re all familiar with where Sephora Play stands among other beauty subscriptions. It kills the game every time. It may have products I already own or some that I’m not too intrigued by, but you can always count on it to send you quality products and brands you’re familiar with. Well, yet again they didn’t disappoint on that front. I will say however, I expected big things from the final bag of the year- and it was a bit of a let down…..
Let’s start with the most infuriating. Every single time I make a Sephora order, without fail, they send me this repulsive Atelier perfume. I cannot imagine anyone enjoying this scent. ANYONE. It’s in the scent Clementine California and I am so not here for it.
Onwards and upwards, this mini Smashbox duo isn’t typically something I’d be excited for but once I swatched it I was feeling it. The shadows were surprisingly seriously buttery and smooth, and I’m definitely glad they’re both neutral shades!
Another surprisingly exciting product has to be this Clinique Pretty Easy Liquid Liner. I don’t tend to test out any liners, I strictly stick to Kat Von D’s tattoo liner because of the brush bristles tip so I pass on others. Then I was shook to discover that this is brush bristles! So, I’m super excited to see if this is a Kat Von D dupe.
Meh. I mean, I do appreciate finding a brand like Makeup Forever in here, but I’m just not a fan of reds that aren’t matte. They just don’t work for me.
I’m definitely excited to try this out. I do love Dr. Jart and I’ve heard so many amazing things about the Cicapair range so I’m intrigued to try this.
I’m all for Drybar. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried of theirs, so I’m definitely down to try this out. I know a lot of people swear by this Triple Sec spray, I rarely use styling products like this but we’ll see how it goes…
